Located in Morgantown, West Virginia, Young Hearts, LLC is a childcare development center headquartered in the Department of Energy’s National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL). All families within the community are eligible to enroll children ages six-weeks through pre-K (summer before Kindergarten) into the Young Hearts program.
